The forecast for 2008 is for a short commercial fishing seasonin May and another starting in July. Availability will be very limited. Contact us if you want us to save you some fish. All of our salmon are wild caught. Farmed fish just can't compare to this quality. Did you know that farmed salmon have to be fed a dye to make their meat red? It's not that way at the seafood connection. Our wild caught salmon are the best and freshest you can buy anywhere. Fresh salmon usually come in daily. If you have a large order, let us know so that we can make sure that we will have enough on hand. Do not count on us having fish in stock without a reservation.
